HEALTHY, LO FAT PIZZAS 
4 (6 in.) pitas (pita bread)
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1/2 c. broccoli, cut
1/2 c. cauliflower, cut
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1 med. bell pepper, sliced
1 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place breads on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread 2 tablespoon pizza sauce on each bread. Microwave or steam vegetables lightly until barely crunchy. Divide broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and bell pepper among breads. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake until cheese melts (about 8 minutes).
