VEGETABLE PIZZA 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
1 zucchini
1 pepper
1 onion
1 carton Eggbeaters
butter
Salt, garlic, pepper, oregano to taste

Spread pizza dough in greased (Crisco) pan. Saute peppers, onions, and zucchini in butter until tender. When vegetables are almost cooled, mix with Eggbeaters and spices. Spread on pizza dough and bake until egg is cooked and dough is golden.

Before putting in oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees. Serves 6.
