HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into oiled casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
