HAMBURGER ZUCCHINI SKILLET 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 med. zucchini, sliced thin
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt

Cook beef and mushrooms until meat loses red color. Drain fat. Blend in flour and next 6 ingredients. Arrange zucchini on meat mixture and pour tomatoes over top. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Good over noodles or rice.
