3/4 c. wheat or graham flour 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 3 tbsp. water 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. honey, warmed 1/3 c. shortening or butter Combine flours, salt, baking powder, baking soda and brown sugar, then cut in shortening or butter, combine mixture with water and honey. Blend and roll out on an ungreased cookie sheet to 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. |
