GRILLED CATFISH | |
Marinade: 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. each onion and garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. paprika (optional) 1/4 tsp. hot sauce 1/4 tsp. olive oil 6 to 8 catfish filets In a blender, first 5 ingredients for 10 seconds. Gradually add olive oil. Marinate fish for 1 HOUR ONLY in refrigerator. Grill 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick fish 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Skin side cook last. |
