CHILES RELLENOS BITES 
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. rosemary crumbled
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Beat eggs with electric mixer 2 minutes. Stir in flour, rosemary, baking powder, Jack cheese, cottage cheese and green chiles. Pour into greased 8- inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 1-inch squares. Serve with picks if desired. Makes 64 appetizers.
