STRAWBERRY PIE 
2 pt. fresh strawberries, hulled & whole
1 pre-baked pie crust
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/2 pkg. sm. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar

Mix and heat water, cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan, stirring until clear and thick. Then cook 1 minute. Take off heat. Add 1/2 package of small strawberry Jello. Cool. Place whole fresh strawberries in baked pie crust. Pour cooled filling over the strawberries. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
