FLUFFY WAFFLES 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Beat egg yolks and milk; then add to dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Add melted butter, then fold in egg whites, beaten stiff. Chill batter before using, the longer, the better.
