CRANBERRY BREAD 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. orange juice concentrate, undiluted
1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. raw fresh cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Sift together dry ingredients. Add egg. Combine orange juice concentrate, water and butter; add to mixture. Fold in 1 cup raw fresh cranberries, chopped and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
