SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend all ingredients together thoroughly with an electric beater. Pour into a casserole dish. Cut topping ingredients together with a pastry blender and distribute evenly over sweet potatoes. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
