QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
9 inch unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper

Sprinkle cheese and bacon into pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven until firm and browned. Let cool. Slice like pie and serve.
