STEAMED BREAD PUDDING 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cubed bread
1 tsp. baking soda (in sm. amount cold water)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. raisins

Steam for 2 hours. You can put mixture in a metal bowl and place in pressure cooker with water in the bottom and cook under pressure for 25 to 30 minutes.

FOAMY SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. wine

Cream sugar and butter. Add beaten egg. Cook over double boiler whipping continuously with electric mixer until sauce is hot (about 15 to 20 minutes). Beat in wine. Serve this dessert hot and have your guests pour the sauce on their serving. This is a very rich, delicious dessert that is especially good during the holidays.
