BEEF, CABBAGE, AND RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or round
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded or sliced
3 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. spaghetti sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef in skillet; drain fat; add onion, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook cabbage for 8 minutes in small amount of water. Drain any water left after cooking.

In 9x13 inch pan that has been greased, make layer of rice, cabbage, beef, sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
