PEANUT ENERGY BARS | |
2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. chunky peanut butter 1/4 c. honey 2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 3 1/2 c. rice cereal Combine egg, peanut butter and honey. Add dry milk and flour and mix until well blended. Add 3 cups cereal and mix until evenly coated. Spread in greased 8 inch pan. Press down firmly and sprinkle remaining cereal on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into bars. Makes about 15 bars. |
