DONUTS 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. all purpose flour

Blend all ingredients thoroughly before adding flour. Fill deep fryer 3/4 full with cooking oil. Preheat while you mix ingredients. Stir in flour, a little at a time, until dough becomes stiff. Roll out and cut into donut shapes. Be sure and cut out hole in center of rolled out dough.
