RASPBERRY PUNCH 
1 pt. raspberry sherbet
2 c. apple juice
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
1 (28 oz.) bottle ginger ale

Spoon sherbet into punch bowl; mix next 4 ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour into bowl; add raspberries. Slowly add the ginger ale. Makes 25 (4 ounce) servings.
