CRISPY ORANGE CHOCOLATE SQUARES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 (8 oz.) box semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add flour and orange rind, mix well. Spread into ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned. Spread with chocolate. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool and cut into squares.
