CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 
3 pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Chill approximately 2 hours. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in coconut or graham wafer crumbs or icing sugar or crushed walnuts or colored candy sprinkles. Chill 1 hour or freeze. Great for Christmas.

Makes approximately 6 dozen.
