HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 can lg. whole kernel corn
1 can Veg-All
1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 1/2 to 3 cans water
1 med. onion, diced (if preferred)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 med. potatoes, chopped
3 pods okra, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 to 2/3 tbsp. ground oregano
1 pod sweet pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
Ground beef, 2 lb.

Cook ground beef, do not drain, then add everything else. Bring to a boil, then let simmer 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.

Serve with peanut butter and jelly sandwich or cornbread.
