SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. cooked carrots
1/4 c. cooked onions
1 lb. can salmon
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 lb. cheese, cut in strips

Cook carrots and onions in small amount of salted water and drain. Break salmon in chunks, place in 2 quart casserole. Add carrots, onions and macaroni. Stir in soup, salt and pepper. Melt butter, add bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
