MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
3 c. cornbread mix
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 tsp. sugar
1 lg. can cream style corn
1 lg. grated onion
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 jalapeno peppers, diced

Mix together and bake in greased pan at 375 degrees until brown.
