KITCHEN SINK QUICHE 
6 strips bacon, cooked crisp, crumble
1/2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. broccoli, fresh spinach, corn, or combination of all
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 c. heavy cream
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 quiche crust or commercial crust

Sprinkle bacon, cheeses, ham, onion, vegetables and tomato over bottom of baked pastry shell. With fork beat together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in preheated 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

QUICHE PASTRY:

1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
6 tbsp. shortening
Approximately 3 tbsp. water

Blend together above ingredients, using water sparingly until dough forms ball. Roll out to fit pie plate.
