2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apple
1 c. chopped pitted dates
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine dry ingredients and add the rest. Bake in 10 inch greased tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
