CRABMEAT DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab (artificial crab works just as well)
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. toasted, blanched almonds

Mix all ingredients except almonds. Put in a 1-quart baking dish. Heat at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with crackers or Melba rounds.
