STEW 
3 lbs. stew meat
2 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Vegetables (potatoes, carrots, cabbage, corn)
4 c. water
1/3 c. coarsely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves

Brown meat in hot oil. Add water, tomato juice, onion and seasonings. Cover and simmer 2 hours (cook in pressure pan for about 10-15 minutes). Add vegetables; cover and simmer for 1 hour or longer (cook in pressure cooker 5-8 minutes).
