COCONUT PINEAPPLE PARTY CAKE | |
Jiffy cake mix (1 layer) - white 1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding - cooked variety 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 container Cool Whip, thawed 1 pkg. coconut Crushed pecans for topping Prepare Jiffy cake mix as directed on package. Bake in regular size rectangle cake pan so it is very thin. Cook vanilla pudding as directed. Drain pineapple and spread over cooled cake. Pour cooked vanilla pudding over pineapple. Refrigerate cake until pudding is cooled and set. Spread Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour. |
