GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes, boiled and sliced very thin
1 lb. onions, sliced thin
1 lb. bacon, cut small and fried
1 heaping tbsp. flour
2 c. water
2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Put flour, water, vinegar and sugar in bacon grease. Cook and pour over the first 3 ingredients.
