FREEZER SLAW 
1 head of cabbage
Dash of black pepper
1 lg. green pepper
1 shredded carrot
1 tsp. ground mustard seed
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar

Shred cabbage and mix in salt, let stand for 2 hours and drain. Mix vinegar and sugar and then heat. Let cool and add mustard seed, carrot, green pepper, and black pepper. Mix all well. Place in containers and freeze.
