CRACKER SALAD 
1 stack saltine crackers
1 c. chopped sweet pickles, drained
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped and drained
1 c. chopped onions
1 med. green bell pepper, chopped
5 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 pt. salad dressing or mayonnaise

Crush crackers and put into a large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well. Especially good if put in a covered plastic container and chilled for a couple of hours before serving. Do not freeze. Keeps well chilled for several days.
