3/4 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. flour
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. milk

Cream butter and sugar well. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Chill. Form balls and roll in some sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. These should come out half dome shape. If they are flat after baking you need to add a little more flour the next time to make the recipe.
