PHILIPPINE ROLL 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water

Mix and roll out paper thin, cut with glass and roll again.

FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 spring onion, top & bottom
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh garlic
1/3 cabbage, grated very fine
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper

Mix all ingredients together and place in wrapper. Freeze. To cook, place in oil and cook very slow for about 30 minutes.
