4 eggs
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 oz. bar German chocolate, grated
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove and sprinkle additional grated chocolate or powdered sugar. This cake is wonderfully moist and chocolatey. It is wonderful served with coffee ice cream and your favorite hot fudge sauce.
