4 c. macaroni 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. Parmesan cheese 12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese 12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 16 oz. chopped green olives Cook macaroni. Mix in remaining ingredients. WHITE SAUCE: 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 3 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Melt butter. Blend in flour. Add milk. Cook until slightly thickened. Add salt and pepper. Stir white sauce into macaroni mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Freezes well. |
