DRIED BEEF DIP 
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. dried beef, chopped
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (or flakes)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute onion in butter until tender. Add cubed cream cheese and milk. Mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Serve hot.
