1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. instant vanilla
1 pkg. instant chocolate

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and bake until brown. Then mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, whipping cream and put on crust. Then put on the chocolate pudding first and then the vanilla pudding. May top with Cool Whip.
