RAISIN BREAD 
2 tbsp. yeast
1/3 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. hot water
2 c. raisins
Use raisins water
1-2 tbsp. blackstraf molasses
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
6-7 c. flour

Cook raisins, save drained water. Use water in bread. Add yeast to warm water. Mix sugar, salt, shortening, raisin water, molasses, cinnamon and 4 cups of flours. Knead about 10 minutes, let rise 2-3 hours. Knead and let rise again. Bake bread at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
