CHOCOLATE TURTLE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix
14 oz. pkg. Kraft caramels
3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 - 2 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour half of batter into greased ad floured 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

While first half of cake is baking, combine caramels, butter and evaporated milk in saucepan. Mix and cook until melted.

Pour caramel mixture onto cooked half of cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and 1 cup of nuts on top of caramel mixture. Pour on remaining batter. Sprinkle another 1/2 - 1 cup nuts on top. Bake another 20 minutes or more, until done. Cool completely. Stays moist for days. Can be frozen.
