SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. crushed saltines
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. paprika
1 pt. oysters
1/4 c. oyster liquid
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cream or more as wanted

Combine crumbs, butter and seasonings; set aside. Drain oysters reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Mix together liquid with cream. Butter baking dish and place layer of seasoned crumbs on bottom. Cover crumbs with a layer of oysters; pour half of cream mixture over oysters. Repeat process for remaining ingredients. Bake in 400 degree oven, 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with paprika.
