1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 finely chopped sm. onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. heavy cream
1 10" pie shell

Saute bacon. Add onion, drain on paper towels. Sprinkle in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Toss cheese with flour, salt, pepper and mustard. Sprinkle on top of bacon and onion. Mix eggs, milk and cream. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Test with a knife, done when comes out clean.
