2 c. oats 2 c. cold water 2 tbsp. soyagen powder 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 tsp. salt Put all ingredients into blender. Whiz until smooth. Let stand for 15 minutes. Preheat waffle iron to 400 degrees. Oil well or use Pam. Pour in batter. Bake 10 minutes without opening iron. Note: May add nuts or seeds to mixture. |
