APPLE PIE 
6 to 8 good sized apples (peeled and sliced)
About 1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Butter
About 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie

Combine apples, flour, spices, salt, sugar and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Dot with butter.

Put top crust on and slit to allow steam to escape. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 until done, approximately 50 minutes.
