JIMMY CARTER CAKE 
3/4 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)

LAYER 2:
1/3 c. peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (use from 9 oz. container)

LAYER 3:
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 3/4 c. cold milk

Layer 1: Mix ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Layer 2: Combine ingredients and spread over layer one.

Layer 3: Mix with beater and pour over second layer. Cover with rest of Cool Whip. Garnish with shaved Hershey bar and peanuts.
