CHEESE DIP 
3/4 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese, chopped in blocks
Dash of chili con carne (or chili powder) to taste

Melt cheese over slow heat (electric mini crock pots work well and are great for keeping dip warm). Add tomatoes and chili powder; stir well. Continue to stir occasionally to keep dip mixed well. Great served with tortilla chips.
