GREEK COFFEE TOAST 
3 eggs
1/2 lb. butter
2 tbsp. Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brandy or bourbon
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Make dough using up to 4 1/2 cups flour, depending on consistency of dough. Divide in 3 rolls in strips. Roll on sesame seeds. Cut in angle before baking. Cut again after baking and toast. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Toast at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
