BUTTER PECAN COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. butter
18 sugar substitutes
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg, beaten
1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. sugar free brown sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, water, vanilla, and egg. Sift together all dry ingredients; add to other mixture and add nuts. Drop by spoon onto greased cookie sheet; bake 10-12 minutes.
