APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 (3 oz.) but up chicken
1 pkg. dry onion or Italian salad dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
1 bottle Russian salad dressing

Lightly brown the chicken, remove from skillet and place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and blend thoroughly. Pour over the chicken and bake, covered for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven then bake, uncovered for an additional 20 minutes. Makes a lightly glazed chicken. Serves 4.
