NAVAHO TACOS 
4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. mild chili powder
1/2 tbsp. cumin powder
Salt and pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 grated longhorn cheese
Chopped lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Sour cream
Picante sauce
Chopped onion

Cut butter into flour. Add baking powder and salt. Stir in milk. Knead on floured bread board until elastic. Roll out into 5 inch circles. Deep fry at 375 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain and cool on paper towels. Toppings: Fry ground beef until brown, drain. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. Layer as follows: shell, meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream; enjoy!
