JEM'S CHIP DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1/2 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, cubed into 1/2-inch pieces
2 peaches, peeled and diced
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

SEASONINGS:

1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

In a double boiler add cubes of cheese and melt.

In a skillet brown ground beef. Drain, reserving drippings.

In a separate bowl combine dry seasonings. Add 1/2 tablespoon beef drippings to seasonings and mix with browned beef.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir.

Serve hot or cold with your favorite dipping chips.
