POOR MAN'S STEAK 
3 lb. hamburger
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. water
Salt & pepper

TOPPING:

2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water

Mix and press into a flat pan. Chill 1 1/2 hours. Cut into serving size squares. Roll in flour. Fry on both sides. Put into baking dish. Cover with soup mixed with water. Bake 2 hours at 200 degrees.
